What's the worst feeling in the world?
Well after this week I can honestly say that one of the worst feelings in the world is anticipating something so badly that you can almost taste it but having it taken away from you or at least delayed. This week was the week I was supposed to start doing hands-on experiments for my FYP.. however the machine is still down because it is being upgraded. Will be ready tentatively 2 weeks time. Thing is I have CA2 where I have to present my findings in approx 4 weeks time.. yeah..
Other thing would be the game that I was supposed to get like last week. X-Men Legends 2. Was out in the states 20th and now its 30th and still not in Singapore.. man I'm pissed.. can't really blame the shop cause I don't think they are responsible for shipping, but why is it some other shops in the country have it already? Why don't I buy from another shop you ask? Well cause I reserved it at this shop .. sigh..

Bullfrogs unleashed!!
Been keeping a few bullfrogs in a tank in my toilet before feeding them to my fishes. Anyway came home just now to find that they somehow managed to knock off part of the tank lid, and 2 of them escaped with another 2 waiting to escape.1 jumped all the way to the shower area and another one was right next to the tank.. managed to get them before they escaped even further and dry up on the floor.. Thankfully I saw them first before my mum.. whew..

Yay.. the hols are upon us!!
Finally a well deserved break has arrived. Been waiting for this for such a long while. There's a backlog of work waiting for me to clear. Going to try to stay ahead of the work load.. haha.. like that will happen. Stuff I intend to do this holidays.. GET X-MEN LEGENDS 2!!! The game that I have waited almost a year for.. :D
Just taking a moment to reflect.. this semester seems to have flown by quite fast. It's already the end of the 6th week. In another 7 weeks or so time will be exams then after exams holidays..
Oh ya, just in case my sister can't get the SAF chalet, anyone has connections on where else is a good chalet location? Need to house around.. 10 people..

My blacony door is possessed!!
What in the world is wrong with my blacony door.. It was ok for almost the whole of today, then in the evening, the centre segment is suddenly very stiff and can't really move.. now the first segment has this problem too.. how can the door suddenly spoil when no one touches it? For a while there, the sliding glass door couldnt even move at all..

The coming of Mr Eric Johnson!!
Was in the papers yesterday. Eric Johnson is coming to Singapore to perform next month. At University Cultural Centre. Yay!! Lyndon and I are going. Buying tix tomorrow.. yay!!.. hahahaa.. Still haven't decided what price tix to get.. hmm.. probably 70-ish.. conserving funds..

When the rain comes...
It rained heavily today. Very very heavily. It was so bad that I was quite drenched.. jeans, socks, shoes, part of t-shirt.. then after that aircon room.. that can't be good for me.. The rain felt good when I was indoors.. very nice feeling, but out there, in the raw element, well it felt ... harsh. Started when we were eating at the coffee shop. Then it looked like rain.. well it looked like rain before we went but no one but Adelene brought an umbrella.. man we're dumb..
Anyway started to pour heavily after lunch, shared umbrella with Michelle and Adelene to go back to church and also for me to get the car. On hindsight, I should have just taken the umbrella on my own, and driven back to pick them up.. probably would have been less drenched..
Also celebrated Jon's enlistment in a few days. Went to Jon Cheah's house to eat.
Now.. dunno.. feeling reflective.. maybe its the rain, maybe its the workload.. What would I do if I experienced the Groundhog Day effect?

Sms Hoax backfires!
Read in the papers today about the string of SMS hoaxes that have been going round of late offering people oodles of money for a small sum (well relatively small anyway). Well I got one of this so called smses.. and I had it for a while (kept it in my mailbox cause wanted to ask my friend to translate for me.. it was in chinese and came from a very very long number).. Anyway my friend read it and told me it was a hoax almost a week later. In your face sms scam ppl.. your ruse didn't work on me for one very simple reason.. I CAN'T READ CHINESE!!! hahahaahaha.. sucker!!!
