It's been awhile..
Let's see.. watched 2 movies yesterday. Troy and Shrek 2. Troy was too long.. and the battles.. well let's just say that both sides were very dumb.. always follow through and press home the advantage.. you don't call it a day and hope that the other side also decides to call it a day.. And the catalyst for every event was the women.. every action was motivated directly or indirectly by the women of the show.. haha..
Shrek 2 was good. Pure humour all the way. Was intending to watch more shows but nothing nice to watch. Weird this period got not much shows to watch.

The Blue Note
This cool jazz bar (ok maybe not always a jazz bar) but on friday nights at clark quay.. fun place. We (Mark, Andy and Jocelyn) went there to watch John Yap and his band play. They are good.. so good that they can mix and match people in the crowd (all pros of course) and still sound good.. Nice to just listen to jazz.. pity the crowd there wasn't suitable.. people were just there to drink and talk (really loudly) .. sad that such a performance was wasted on people that just didn't care..Singaporeans .. sigh..
Had expensive samosas and wedges too.. haha.. 8 bucks each.. darn bar food.. for that money I could have eaten more.. but oh well.. take it as ticket price to watch the acts..

Yay got my results.. its good.. better than expected.. CAP goes up.. well has to go up lah.. cannot go down any further.. but good nonetheless.. haha..

Mini adventure of the day.
Woke up at 6, showered, ate , watched tv, drove to airport to send Jane and Km off. Uncle Geok Chye was also there having breakfast. Then the adventure began. On my way home, I missed the exit to Marine Parade and just when I was thinking of having breakfast at Siglap, so I waited for the next exit. Traffic was very heavy in fact. So to be safe I stayed in the extreme left lane, then I saw the sign, ERP ahead, then I thought oh crap.. no cash card.. lucky got NUS matric card.. but crap what if not enough money.. heng got $3.39 inside.. but Thank God, got Fort Rd exit which is before the ERP.. haha..

P.s getting exam results back today.. gulp..

A moment of seriousness to all who read this..
Please pray for my exam results which come out tomorrow.. (20th May) simple prayer.. pray that I dun fail anything.. not asking for oodles of As and stuff.. my CAP is low enough .. doesn't matter .. :D

Hate to fix computer
Ok actually I dun mind fixing computers, just that when got stupid software and hardware conflict like what I just spent the whole day going thru.. new 2.8GHZ system clashes with win98.. so had to tweak it.. took the whole day and ended up formatting the old hard disk and in the end used a new one.. sigh.. which means should have just bought a new hard disk yesterday..

Women have weird clothes..
While shopping with km for dot's present (which she already knows what it is because she chose it) we encountered this mysterious outfit which I claim to be a skirt and km claims to be a tube top of sorts.. how odd.. an outfit that can be both a top and a bottom..

Another week has just passed..
Haven't blogged much because nothing much to blog lah.. just lots of slacking around at home doing misc stuff that people won't be interested in. Highlights of the coming week include exam results and ROM.. and no for the last time, I'm not getting married. :D.. everytime I say I have to go ROM on saturday they go "Oh you're getting married?" or " how come never invite?" yes.. hilarious everyone.. moving along now..

Anyway just came back from super full dinner at Jumbo Seafood at river front.. haha.. herbal prawn soup.. yummy.. haha.. lots of herbs and maybe even got MSG.. hahaha..

Been a fun day!
Woke up 10:30.. yes I know.. starting to lose the discipline.. last week I could wake up automatically at 9am still.. but ever since they stopped showing "Alias" on AXN at 9am.. oh well.. no reason to wake up.. haha.. ok lah.. not really true.. cause I sleep late and weather is hot and air con makes me sleep longer.. so there.. :D

Anyhoo.. played a bit of Ultima Online today, went to grandma's for lunch then went to Michelle's place where a few of them just played tennis, baked a pie and were just lazing around.. (in that order I think)

Then SOME of us walked to Liying's place while the LAZY people took a cab.. haha.. played pictionary and boggle. Ok its true, Zheng Yuan does make up a lot of words.. I mean a lot.. he should carry a dictionary when he plays.. or everyone around should.. I mean some of the words were just ridiculous.. haha.. "unlay".. to use in a sentence
"The chicken unlay the egg.." or another one would be smit.. where "The girl smit me and I was smitten with her.." horrors of horrors.. haha..

No more condor heroes..:(
Sigh.. stupid animation company only animated half the story.. sigh.. oh well guess this means I will have more time spent not watching tv.. haha.. sigh..

New version of ICQ has file sharing
I'll be putting up the new episodes of shows like friends and scrubs and all there for a while before clearing my hard disk space.. u guys get it if u want, can't burn cause see 2 posts down.. cd burner is dead..

Friends Finale!!
After a few days, I've finally gotten the last episode and it was worth it. :D Watch it when it comes out where you are.. especially if u've watched it the past 10 years. :D

Argh.. sucks.. think my cd-rw drive just died.. sigh...

Msg is good.. it makes food taste good.. It makes crappy food taste good too.. The guy who invented it should get the nobel prize award or something.. :)

More exercise and more eating..
Played badminton today and then much eating and playing of cranium.. haha think we finished most of the food in kevin's house.. haha. starting to feel the aches.. also watched the second last episode of frens although most ppl have seen the last episode already.. waiting to download now.. but no one posting it yet.. :( so sad.. heh.. but I know what happens.. anyway still want to watch.. spoilers to come soon..

Feeling majorly hammered
Sleep is good.. read previous post on 12 hr sleep.. not enough sleep.. not so good.. slept approx 4 hrs 45 min today.. but less than that since I didn't sleep instantly when I hit the pillow at 1am.. woke up at 545, took shower then drove down to prepare for Jocelyn's surprise birthday breakfast.. yes.. looking at the time and the fact that there were still stars in the sky and it was cold brought back bmt memories of waking up at 5am.. ugh.. but it went well which makes it all worth it. She had french toast, kiwi, peaches, biscuits, creamy chicken mushroom soup, cocktail weiners and that's all I think.. haha.. think going to catch some Zs soon..

oh yeah cause of the rain I didn't jog again this morning.. hahaha..

Fridge is not toilet!
I have learnt a valuable lesson today.. even if the door looks like a funky toilet door, it is not a toilet. Major clue would be cold air and mist coming out of the room.. Walk in fridges.. what will they think of next..

I slept for 12 hrs !!!
I can't believe it!! .. why??!?! Sign of old age? hahaha.. oh well.. maybe cause of the lunar eclipse

Man I'm unfit
Decided to start exercising today. Woke up at 8, went for a jog/run, came back and did some weights later on.. man I feel tired.. think cause its been ages since I've exercised.. Need to have at least 3 more sessions to get normal fitness level.. whew..
